Your appointment is an independent psychological assessment in relation to a legal or medico-legal matter. It is an objective assessment and is not a therapy or treatment session.
A comprehensive expert psychological report may be prepared for use in connection with your legal proceedings.
As an independent expert witness, Dr Gayathri's duty is to the Court.
She provides impartial, objective and evidence-based opinions and does not act on behalf of any party involved in the case.

Following your assessment, the report will be completed and sent to the instructing solicitor, organisation or Court where appropriate.
Fee arrangements vary depending on whether your assessment has been arranged through a solicitor, agency, insurer, or directly with Trinaya.
Where your appointment has been arranged by a solicitor, agency, insurer, or other instructing organisation, all fee arrangements are managed directly between the instructing party and the expert.
If you are arranging a private psychological assessment directly with Trinaya, payment must be made in full before your appointment.

Complaints will normally be acknowledged within 3 working days and, where reasonably practicable, a full response will be provided within 20 working days.
Complaints relating to the content of an independent expert psychological report will be referred to Dr Gayathri Alagar Kuppuraj for review. As an independent expert witness, her overriding duty is to the Court, and any review will be undertaken in accordance with the applicable professional and legal obligations.
If you remain dissatisfied following our response, you may raise your concerns with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) where appropriate, or seek independent legal advice if your concerns relate to ongoing legal proceedings.
