Trinaya is led by Dr Gayathri Alagar Kuppuraj, an HCPC-registered Counselling Psychologist and BPS Chartered Psychologist with extensive experience across both the NHS and independent practice.

She provides comprehensive psychological assessment, formulation and evidence-based therapy for adults, children and young people.

Her clinical expertise includes anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, psychosis and neurodevelopmental conditions.

Her approach is collaborative, compassionate and tailored to each individual, helping clients develop insight, resilience and meaningful, lasting change.
